Welcome to the official website of the West Bloomfield Professional Fire Fighters Union, IAFF Local 1721! The West Bloomfield Fire Fighters provide fire protection and emergency medical services for the communities of West Bloomfield, Orchard Lake, Keego Harbor and Sylvan Lake, and covers appoximately 75,000 residents in a 37 square mile area. We staff six engine houses with four engines, two quints, five rescues, one aerial tower and one command vehicle. The Department also provides a technical rescue team, hazardous materials response team, a juvenile firesetter program, and CPR training, among other services.
